Do a full vibe check on the target code or project.

Steps

Read the entry point, main config files, and a representative sample of source files (at minimum 5).
Identify what the project is trying to do and how well it's doing it.
Flag any major red flags: spaghetti logic, security holes, missing error handling, inconsistent patterns, dead code, over-engineering, or the opposite — under-engineering.
Rate the overall vibe on a scale: Immaculate / Solid / Mid / Rough / Disaster.
Give 3–5 concrete, prioritized action items — not vague advice, actual things to fix.
