Turn this codebase into a 3-minute pitch that wins.

Steps

1. Read README, package.json, and main entry points to understand what the project does.
2. Identify the core problem, the solution, and what makes it different.
3. Generate three artifacts:

Artifact 1: Elevator Pitch (30 seconds)

One paragraph, spoken aloud in ~30 seconds. Hook → problem → solution → wow moment.

Artifact 2: Live Demo Script

A beat-by-beat walkthrough of what to click/show during the demo. Format:

[0:00] Open to <landing page / feature X>
[0:15] Say: "..."
[0:30] Click <button> → show <result>
...

Keep it under 2 minutes of demo time. Identify the single most impressive thing and build toward it.

Artifact 3: Judge Q&A Prep

5 likely tough questions judges will ask + 2-sentence answers for each. Common ones:

• "Why wouldn't someone just use X?"
• "How does this scale?"
• "What's the business model?"
• "What did you build vs. use off-the-shelf?"
• "What would you do with more time?"

Rules

• Lead with the problem, not the tech stack
• Avoid "leveraging AI" — say what the AI actually does
• The demo should show the happy path only — no edge cases, no error states
• If there's a live API or real data, use it; if not, note what to mock
